I have been trying to get paid for a couple of hours that I worked . Close to 30 hours . I spoke with a couple of people and nothing has been done they all give me the run around . I’ve submitted my timesheets a couple of times and they keep rejecting them . They never call you to tell you this . You have to be on top of your pay otherwise no one will ever call you to tell you why they are rejecting your timesheet .

"Nothing but frustration"
CareLinx has been one of the most frustrating processes I have ever experienced. Signing up went perfect -- thank you, Angel. Since then, which was over a month ago, the process has not worked. We were provided 2 caregiver contacts in the beginning. The first did not work on our schedule, and this info was in our profile. The second was perfect at the interview, but 1.5 hours late on day 1 with an unbelievable excuse, performed 2 hours of lackadaisical work, and called it a day. Day 2 was a no-phone/no-show. Then trying to work with the company and web-site? We have yet to speak with our Care Advisor/Navigator since the 2 contacts were provided in the beginning. 4 different phone numbers, 5 unanswered voice mails, and cut off multiple times after being on-hold for 10 minutes. The website just doesn't work; it's been impossible to make any connections that way.
Today we called the contact number provided by our Care Advisor, and it goes to a pool because we were never provided her extension. On-hold for 15+ minutes, and got a voice for the first time since initial registration. Did get the extension number that we needed, but then got forwarded to another queue, which just hung up after 10 minutes of "we'll be right with you". So just called back and used the extension number -- even with that, back into the queue to get hung up on after another 10 minutes of "we'll be right with you".

I was looking for in-home care for my mother. I signed up to test the waters and see if this service would meet our needs. I received a text message the next day from a representative asking for a good time to discuss how they can help find a caregiver. This was on a Saturday so I decided to put it on the backburner as I was busy and I'd reach out on Monday. An hour later I received another text asking if I'm still looking for assistance finding a caregiver. When I didn't respond, the phone calls began. After ignoring the first one, I answered the second and explained I wasn't going to do business with a company this aggressive. I hung up and they immediately called back.
Looking for care for a loved one shouldn't be the same experience as shopping for furniture or a new car.

Well it’s ok . I didn’t get paid for a month due some mixup . It was handled well , I have put I’m not available for any more jobs but get at least 6 calls and texts a day .

"Waiting 5 weeks and no care yet. "
I have been waiting 4 weeks to get an advisor. When I call I am on hold for 15 minutes then dropped. I had someone on the phone today, but the back ground noise, a rooster, made it impossible to hear. The person hung up when I complained. But before that she admitted she was on a farm in Georgia. I still have received zero care and I believe this company has no intention of being in business much longer because they behave as if they have already gone out of business. I have wasted probably 40 hours dealing with them. They don’t deserve any stars.
