"This is a scam"

This is a scam. It's been 3 weeks and I never heard back. I asked for a refund of the $35 and they said no refunds. They will ask you to pay the $35 upfront, then they say they will find a care giver, which never happens.

Regretfully, I am still waiting to speak to The Carelinx navigator. I have placed a couple calls and a text and I’ve already spoken to someone else who told me that I would be getting a call and I am still waiting to set my mom up. I have started part of the process and entered all the information I thought is necessary! I’m very disappointed that I’m still in the waiting stage to start the process to find a caregiver for my mother! I was very happy with my last interaction with obtaining care for my father who has now passed. In due time, I shall be reaching out to other company To provide a caregiver for my mother if I don’t receive a call soon!
