"Complete lack of notifications "

I am now on my second and I fear last subscription to Rewire. The unit I bought work perfectly and on the dashboard any relevant alarms active trigger a notification.
However despite numerous requests for assistance I still no longer receive alarm notifications on either an Android phone or iPad .
Very disappointing as the service offered sounds ideal for my application which is to track any unauthorised movement of vehicle contents.

I paid the money and they fitted the tracker. My campervan is still with me so I can only assume should it be stolen the tracker would lead the police to it.
