"Battery failure"

After 3 years my tk104-Pro v1 internal battery no longer holds charge. After finding my car battery was being drained of charge I disconnected the power to the tk104 and reset it to factory default settings. Within 24 hours of reporting a full charge the tracker reported 3 low battery warnings and died. Their tracker hardware is not cheap and I expect it to last much longer than this.
What with this and a massive hike in their charges lately I'm feeling very dissatisfied.
Edit: In response to Rewire's response, I had used their tracking software (GPS Live) for 3 years until I could not justify the increased subscription cost. The lithium battery was removed only after failure due to safety concerns.

Yet again superb service, help, advice and a product that really works perfectly. Rewire security are my go to when it comes to vehicle security and tracking. Nothing is to much trouble and they respond to questions extremely quickly after sale and not only before. Arif could not be nicer and more helpful, I was able to track my device as it made its way from Bristol to my home. It has so many different sensor options and is extremely easy and intuitive using the GPS live web based application. The accuracy is also exceptional and with the upfront subscription its very easy and inexpensive to use. Really is a brilliant company in all aspects and they want to help and make sure your happy. Importantly they do not try tp upsell at every opportunity. Highly recommended and a good example to others.

Excellent tracker and cheap pay as you go service.
I've had it fitted for 5 months now and it's performed perfectly.
It's like a tracker and alarm in one.
If it moves or gets knocked by another car
I get a notification straight away to my phone and my partners phone.
If I turn the ignition on I get a notification.
If I shut the boot I get a vibration alert and I have never had a false notification.
If someone is messing with the car I will know about it.
Loads of settings on the app so you can set the notifications you want.
I can track the car in real time on the map
And it also keeps journey history.

Worth every penny.

These trackers are not fit for purpose they are not waterproof so avoid
It has a magnet to assist it to cling to the undercarriage
so it's covert and not possible to put it inside the car
The website should say not waterproof and it offers no information about waterproofing and they charge a monthly fee when other trackers use Google maps for free a rip off
