Absolutely rubbish the old nano 102 had no issues you could even listen into people in vehicle.. 104 unreliable intermittent tracking isn't as good as earlier tracker

Had this acount a couple of years now. Was great at first but now my tracker isn't working properly. I sent in a ticket for customer support and got zero response . And this costs me £6.99 a month for a device that doesn't work properly.

Had a TK 102 nano for about 6 years from rewire security, it has worked perfectly all the time but just had a problem when it lost communication, spoke with Dominic and tested the SIM card that was ok so it turned out to be the tracker, so ordered a new one a DB2 this time so at the moment it's working perfectly very good and fast service from rewire security.

"Amazing - They helped retrieve my stolen car!"

The guys at Rewire Security are simply on another level when it comes to customer service and fulfilling their commitment to track and keep your vehicle safe. I had my vehicle stolen in the middle of the night and thanks to the the help of Tommy and the team they were able to accurately pin point my vehicles location and even go as far as to communicate directly with the local police force tasked with retrieving my vehicle, keeping them up to date with the vehicles whereabouts and any changes. Needless to say, thanks to Rewire Security I was able to retrieve my vehicle within a matter of hours. This most certainly would have been achieved within an hour max (or avoided entirely) If it hadn’t been for my oversight of allowing my subscription to expire, meaning my app had been offline for quite some time and I didn’t receive any push notifications when my vehicle was being tampered with, which I normally would have - entirely my fault. Regardless of that, Tommy got full functionality of my tracking system up and running within minutes of me reaching out to them, and communicated with me every step of the way, leading to a successful retrieval of my vehicle. Cannot recommend them enough, and will vouch for them every time - Thanks once again guys!
