I used Yeovil Audi for my first service on a new car and they were super. They collected my vehicle (which Audi Taunton, where I bought the car, wouldn't do), they kept in regular contact and when something was wrong and needed replacement meaning they'd have to keep my car overnight, they brought a replacement car out for my use. The Car Shepherd Andy was incredibly helpful in showing me certain features on my own car that I hadn't managed to find and gave excellent service. The whole team, including Faye and Paul were really pleasant to deal with, so I'll be directing all my future services and requirements to Yeovil from now on.
