We moved into a house that had slatted blinds that really weren't to our liking. I had no idea you could buy new slats instead of replacing the whole blind. We particularly don't like the chain that runs across the bottom as it makes it look like an office blind. Came across blinds by post and placed an order. The dispatch date was about 10 days in advance as they had to make them. On the day of dispatch I called and spoke to Courtney who was really helpful and confirmed dispatch. She even sent me over an email with the details. The order arrived the following day. The new slats are excellent quality. They are the chainless type and are light blocking. They really do block out the light and are made of really hefty material. All in all I had a great experience with blinds by post and would recommend them highly. Thank you...

This business lacks reliability, as their website is not updated frequently. They offer products that are out of stock, leading to frustrating delays. This is particularly problematic when you pay for expedited shipping, only to receive your orders a week later than expected.

"Misleading information on the website "

The website does not accurately represent the actual products. I ordered "perfect fit shutters," but they fell far short of that description. Instead of being sleek and stylish, they are extremely bulky, and the frame looks nothing like what is shown on the website. The shutters do not fit into the clips securely, which is unsafe, and you have to use tape to hold them in place—it's ridiculous!

Additionally, the design has significant flaws. The products obstruct the use of handles, making it uncomfortable to operate them. When trying to handle the flaps, they get in the way and even hurt your hand.

I reached out to the sales department about my concerns, but they dismissively refused to acknowledge the issues, despite knowing that their website does not showcase the actual product. The advisor kept repeating, "We have a disclaimer saying it is for illustration purposes only," which feels like a joke given the stark differences between what I ordered and what I received.

I am still awaiting my refund from this company. If they do not process my refund soon, I will escalate the matter through Consumer Rights due to the misleading descriptions and the safety of their products.

I cannot recommend this company or its products to anyone.

The new blind is a snug fit. The first stage was easy but I did struggle to slide both sides of the blind into the frame. The end result is very pleasing. I particularly like the way the blind can be opened quickly with a simple push on the bar at the bottom.
