Ordered specifically for next day dispatch, 3 days later had heard nothing. Customer service didn’t bother getting back to me until the third time I contacted, and then I just got a shipped email with tracking that says courier haven’t received the parcel yet (so order obvs wasn’t dispatched until I chased it multiple times). Customer service shocking, 3 attempts to get half an answer. Wouldn’t recommend. Still haven’t received product

Blinds arrived promptly and in secure packaging. Twist and fit blinds very easy to install and look great. Perfect fit blinds more difficult to install due to new windows but customer service was very helpful when responding to my questions. Blinds now up and very happy with them.

Very poor service when I needs to return item, a charge of £15 to be deducted from original cost. When I queried this I was promised a call back, 3 days later and still waiting. Have since returned item for £6!! Just now seeing if I get a full refund back

"Amazing quality blinds & Great service!"

Amazing quality blinds - we've recently moved house and ordered a real mix so can vouch for most types sold! We've gone for stick and fit patio doors, regular wood Venetian with thick banding and a twist and fit roller blind. All came really quickly and are great quality as well as being easy to fit. We've dealt with Courtney in customer service and she has been incredible! One piece was delivered damaged and Courtney immediately sent out a replacement and also a video of how to fit the replacement part which made the process seamless! We will be using blindsbypost for all our other blinds and have already recommended to family and friends 😃

"Please don’t buy from this company"

Please don’t buy from this company, the simplistic measurement entry on their website seems inviting because it’s easy but it makes sure you go wrong with your order. We’ve ordered twice now and intended to order more for every room but have lost all faith any blinds would arrive correctly measured. There is no option to select bottom handle on shutter blinds, which is the main reason four of our blinds are not fit for purpose - we can’t open the windows now and one of them keeps falling out of the fittings despite the measures being given to the millimetre. I had advice on Monday that it’s my fault the measures are wrong and they won’t be replaced without me ordering it all again. No accountability for the faulty IT issues on their website and no response since then to resolve. We’re out of pocket substantially and without working blinds and the company won’t help.
