Following up on an issue where I ordered the wrong size (I took the Surefit Guarantee), I’m happy to say Blinds by Post have now sorted it. There were a few bumps in the road, and I did get frustrated with how long it was taking at times, but we got there in the end.What really made the difference for me was the honesty. I got a call from someone at the company who agreed a couple of things could have been done to make the process I faced a little smoother. That kind of honesty goes a long way. Some places might have just ignored the issue or made it awkward to resolve, but it was good to actually speak to someone and get it sorted properly.The only difficulty I had was being at work during the day while their office is open — but they made the effort to call me back after I’d finished work, and we got everything sorted quickly from there.My replacement order is now being sent out under the Surefit Guarantee, and communication since that call has been really clear and helpful. Mistakes happen at times from both customers and a company, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters. In this case, they’ve handled it well, and I’d happily order from them again.

I ordered from BlindsbyPost e few weeks ago, then realised I would be on holiday when the blind was to be dispatched.
I phoned them and spoke to Courtney, who was very helpful. She delayed the delivery until we were home, and kept me upto date.
The quality of the blind is excellent. Nit fitted it as yet.
