I was missing screws. The instructions are not good, no steps. I ordered and paid for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later.

I have dressed my whole house with blinds from this company. Other than some quality issues relating to the handles (which were covered by a generous 3-year warranty), the blinds have made the house appear smart and uniform.

Worst experience. I placed an order for blinds on 25/03 and am still waiting for delivery. There has been no proper communication, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have no idea when my blinds will be delivered

Got some replacement blinds for our old velux ones. Good quality. Slightly different operation from the old blinds (these ones have a tension cord). Really happy with the purchase and great value.

I'm unsure why Blinds by Post don't want people to know they are the same company as Hudson Shutters in Bradford.

We ordered from this company as we have previously bought shutters and blinds from Hudsons and received amazing products and service. These being the same company, we thought it would be fine.

We ordered shutters for our bedroom which was simple to do online. They were ordered on 24th March with an estimated despatch on 31st March. It got to 2nd April and we still hadn't heard anything so I chased the company by telephone and asked for an update and even offered to collect as we live in Bradford where Blinds By Post and Hudsons are Based (Tong Park Ind Est).

I was told I couldn't collect as there insurance doesn't cover it? They are based on an industrial estate, they could leave them outside the doors for me to collect!

Anyway, I was told they would be an update that day with tracking info.

Later that day I received the tracking info which showed the label had been created. Nothing else happened for 3 days! I presume they created a label to keep me quiet. I chased 3 days later and requested my order be cancelled due to a breach of contract as the items hadn't been despatched in a reasonable time.

I was told there was an issue with the couriers scanner when they were collected and they have been despatched. I was also told that I couldn't get a refund as these items are made to measure as per there T&C's! This made me laugh as unfortunately my consumer rights outweigh there T&C's especially when they have breached the contract, made to measure or not.

Today I received the items (15 days after ordering). They are OK for the price. Nothing compared to the shutters we had fit by Hudsons, but the price shows this.

I presume when you ask them if they are owned by Hudsons (which i did) and they don't give a straight yes or no answer, this is because the service is completely horrendous and Hudsons don't want to be tarnished with these reviews.

As per most of the other reviews, the delivery is rubbish, the customer service isn't anything to write home about and the products are OK for the price.

Take this review as you want, just be warned that you may be waiting a while for your items. You might be better going direct to Hudsons if you want decent service.
