Terrible company ordered a blind for my dad who’s disabled jus a no drill roller blind was suppose to be dispatched on 21 st March but nothing gave them a call and about 2 weeks later received blind but wen opened was faulty and no chain on it to pull up
And down sent photos and reported straight away said would send new chain next day as to date still no chain can’t use blind at all £63 total and said wanted refund but offered 10% of price my dad paid he’s a pensioner and disabled so can’t waste that money and I used them as smaller company but not again customer service is non existent and just repeat there self also said chain sent once but went missing still waiting don’t use them terrible company look at some reviews

Customer service is very slow, taken over a week to arrange a my order to be collected and retuned. Was advised to write a number on the boxes but this advice came after the collection of return. So unsure if my refund will be effected as a result of not receiving the code in time to be written on the boxes.
Exchanges can’t be done, so I reordered the correct size I needed and there is an integral fixture missing from one of the blinds sides meaning it can’t be fitted properly, making the blind unusable. Contacted customer service and advised this issue have been passed on to another team and someone will get back to me when possible.
Also both times I placed the order for next day delivery and the items came 3-4days after order was placed.
The one working blind (I ordered 2) is good, looks nice once fitted and not too difficult to fit, once I watched the video how to. The instructions that came with the blind were a little unclear in places.
I still have two unresolved issues, and no real timeline as to when they will be resolved as responses are very slow.
Overall service I have received has been quite poor, slow with no real resolution to the issues I am having.

After initially being disappointed by a longer than expected/paid for delivery, I must say I am delighted with the blind purchased and the customer support. The blind itself is excellent value for money and was incredibly easy to fit. I had a great response from Claire when I queried the delivery time and even better response when I explained that I’d accidentally snapped part of the fitting on installation. Claire immediately sent me a new part to replace the broken one, with no extra charge. I really appreciate it when companies show this ‘human’ approach which feels personal and is excellent service.

Ordered 25th march , still not received order 3 weeks later , several emails and calls for a manager to call me back , still waiting , will not be buying further blinds , would not recommend
