The blinds we had came well packaged in a secure tube.
They do look really good once fitted, I can't fault the quality.
The only issue I had was the instructions were not clear enough on how important the depth of the bead to glass was.
I had not measured it correctly[my fault] but the postage cost of £8.95 for 12 x 60p replacement small brackets I repurchased did seem a lot.

We measured our blades to be replaced as per the concise instructions and inserted the measurements on the website. The blades came a few days later and were replaced in 20mins. The windows have been transformed simply for a relatively small amount of money. Excellent service, thankyou
