Ordered online, the info wan great on website how to measure and get the perfect fit.
They arrived very quickly and the packaging was great. Thick cardboard tube, then bubble wrap inside, then the packaging on the blinds.
The only issue I had was no install info. I worked out how to screw the brackets to the inlet reveal of my window then clip the casing to it.
The only thing I would recommend customers is not to go for the plastic chain as I did, It is cheap and flimsy for the price I paid for the blinds.

The customer service was initially great and the blinds arrived and were fitted
This is where the issues began the blinds for the no fold doors are just to heavy for the poor plastics and they just break and fall off
The company did replace some blinds but the same has happened again just poor design
I will keep you posted but at present they are saying they will not replace and they are considering options this was over 2 k of blinds ??

We bought a large motorised roller blind and are pleased with the product but we are unhappy with the delay in receiving the blind. Also poor information about the blind charger confused us and after discovering that the standard USB -C connection did not work we were required to buy their bespoke charger under a separate delivery. Improvement in the buying and ordering process is required.
