Simple buying process,quality product and straight forward installation procedure.

"Ordered a blind for next day on 29th…"

Ordered a blind for next day on 29th March. It was delivered but not until 9th April. I emailed twice between these dates, but other than being asked my order number on 5th April then no response when I provided this both emails were ignored until the blind was finally sent.

"Pricing and delivery good"

Pricing and delivery good, customer service very good. I ordered a perfect fit blind, I checked the fitting instruction video which looked so easy. However, when the blind came the parts which slot into the frame were different, a lot harder and difficult to assemble. Nowhere as easy as on their video. I believe the reason is because the blind was manufactured by Decora in Ireland and not as advertised on their website as made in West Yorkshire. I have had a blind from Decora before and had a refund, firstly because I struggled for hours to assemble it and then when I did it was faulty.
It should be made clear by companies who manufactures the blinds, had I known Blinds by Post were supplying Decora perfect blinds I would not have purchased from them. Hence why only 3 stars.

"New shutters"

Ordered shutters for my new house, needed them quick as I had no window coverings. Was so pleased with the next day dispatch service and the quality of the shutters - nobody else offered this who I looked at so quickly. Very easy to fit and when I had a query during the ordering process the customer service team was excellent and very informative and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Shocking service. Ordered a blind which was apparently ‘next day dispatch’ and I also paid for next day delivery. Ordered on 6th April and still not received. Absolutely appalling, and zero communication about any delay? I do not recommend this company!!
