I have tried to be patient with you i spend my life savings on the cabin mobility scooter you took the scooter back to orangebadge and when you returned it you told me that you put in two new batteries and same problem I go yards down the road gauge inside the scooter goes from full to zero you charged me £422 for the battery's I phoned you and Mark told me because I live in Kingston it will cost me £100 to look at it not fix i found out they aren't new batteries Mark told me that you would get in touch with me ben you and your company are a disgrace if I don't hear from you this week you will hear from my solicitor and you are supposed to care for people with their disabilities unfortunately for you there is nothing wrong with my brain John Mullen 26.haylett Gardens Anglesea Road Kingston upon Thames Surrey KT1 2EP

Orange Badge were so helpful when I rang them last minute, after being let down by another company. Ben came out within hours of my phone call and sat with me for ages going through all the different beds and chairs that they could provide, to allow my partner to come home from hospital. We finally decided on a riser recliner chair and an adjustable bed, and when the equipment arrived it was installed quickly and efficiently, and the delivery guys were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend using Orange Badge and we are currently in the process of getting a stairlift, so that we can get my partner upstairs. I’m so impressed with the range of things that they provide. If you ever need any mobility equipment definitely go to Orange Badge.

My experience of Orange Badge Mobility is nothing but positive.
The staff are informative and the showroom is big with lots of choice. I was shown various suitable items for my needs and the salesman was very patient and extremely helpful.
I’m genuinely surprised of the negative reviews on this website as I have only experienced positive service. Please do not be put off by some of the reviews, I would highly recommend Orange Badge Mobility and they make a lovely cup of tea too!!!

Ive recently had my scooter serviced at Orange Badge, fantastic customer service. The scooter was returned back to myself very clean and really promptly. I would highly recommend Orange Badge for any mobility equipment.

"Purchased a wheelchair from this…"
Purchased a wheelchair from this company after trying out their demonstration model in the car park and putting it in the boot of our car. We then purchased the wheelchair and they ordered a new one from their supplier. We were told it would be delivered on the Thursday. We telephoned and were told it had arrived on Friday but they could not deliver it until Wednesday. We decided to collect it on the Monday as we didn’t want to wait until the Wednesday. When we arrived they brought out a wheelchair and claimed it was the new one that had been delivered. But on examination it had dirty marks on the wheels also when I asked for the instructions that came with it they said that there weren’t any in the box. We weren’t happy and asked them to clean the wheels but by now we began to think that this was the demonstration model we had tried out before purchasing. When we got home we discovered dirty marks on the foot rests which convinced us that it was indeed! Very upset as we feel we were not told the truth. Would not use this company ever again. Avoid!

"Scooter sharks"
I ordered my scooter from orange badge in August 2023 with their promise delivery 3 to 5 working days after telephoning on repeated occasions finally they refused to answer.
I left it a week I phoned then using a withhold number they answered stating that the scooter was now on back order.
This I found out from a friend that this was a lie.
As it was late I called them again asking for a refund none was available
.A solicitors letter gave results, a call from them stated that if could wait for a few more days they would "chase up" their suppliers they phoned a week later saying that the scooter in the colour ordered was unavailable but I could have it in black.
As it was having to be made it would have to wait for 3 weeks.
The scooter arrived on 13 September with items missing marked to follow as from today 1st July 2024 I am still waiting.
Please if you value your sanity do not use this company

Orange Badge came and fitted a recon stair lift at a reasonable price .. it worked and then unexpectedly stopped! I think you can tell a company’s credentials when there’s a problem. Orange Badge answered a late call .. came in the morning .. the engineer told us what the problem was and did everything possible and got it resolved .. happy customer .. thankyou 👍

"Brilliant company"
I came down to Orange badge with my father last month. They were brilliant so patient and sympathetic to our situation. They gave us so much of their time and when it came to choosing our bathroom gave us a lot of choice and helped us find the perfect tile to complement our home.
After we paid are deposit they communicated well and started the job on time. The experience of having the fitters in our home were flawless. Josh was so tidy and left our home clean each day. Jamie managed the fit and he too was a polite gentleman who listen to my ideas and when I changed my mind he was accommodating.
We would definitely be back in the future to get a chair and bed. I would highly recommend this company and as for the showroom it’s the best I’ve seen. So much choice…..not to mention a cup of tea and biscuit when we were looking.

"Terrible company"
Terrible company, avoid at all costs
Bear in mind, this service is used for disabled people who need assistance with mobility, or for carers or relatives of disabled and elderly people
We placed an order and was told AFTER the fact the money was taken, that the item was not in stock and offered a replacement which we did not want
We were promised a refund by Alison on the 11th. It is now the 13th but still no sign of a refund and our bank has confirmed no money has been attempted or sent by the merchant, and to contact them
The company has responded to my partner stating we cancelled the order 10 minutes after we made the order which is absolutely incorrect
The wheelchair was advertised on amazon for £1519.99 and yet we were charged £2095, strange!
Debbie was raising her voice to my partner on the phone after he called her and explained he needs the money back to be able to purchase another chair elsewhere, and we can't do it until the money is back in our account.
We have been chasing this company up for replies and getting nowhere "it has been sent" "it is out of our hands".
This company needs to take ownership of their failings and do much better for the sake of their customers, as I mentioned previously, you are dealing with members of the public who either have or know people who have physical disabilities and need help, it's difficult enough without companies like this making it harder. You're in a position to help people
Try to learn to understand how to communicate with customers and show respect to all rather than becoming defensive and attacking people and their characters
