I received a pair of Gucci sandals that are too small. I have tried to contact Luxicas for return information but haven't received a response. I tried calling the phone number that is listed but no response there either. Please help!!

I JUST RECEIVED MY LARGE OPHEDIA TOTE WITH THE MATCHING WALLET. THE DELIVERY PROCESS WAS VERY FAST FOR ME. I RECEIVED MY STUFFS WITHIN A WEEK. I WAS AMAZED. THE MATERIAL FEELS EXACTLY LIKE THE REAL ONE. MY ONLY ISSUE IS WITH THE ZIPPERS AND ALSO HOPE THE PACKING WAS BETTER. THE BAG HANDLE IS CROOKED FROM THE WAY IT WAS PACKED. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I JUST WISH SOMEONE WOULD REACH OUT TO ME ABOUT MY CONCERNS.

I have ordered three different orders with this company. One purse the first time. Then a purse and shoes. Then 2 purses and a wallet. Every time I get such a great product and good support along the way. The items take a bit to get to you but have all been fabulous.

The pocketbook is a pretty soft pink. It is a nice size. The only thing I am confused about are the two handles. I guess I will have to look back at the original advertisement. Otherwise, it is a pretty bag and I am using it this evening.
