Senior staff member Josh was very helpful. Prior to him I did speak to someone else who was less than helpful and quite rude. He even made out he couldn't hear me speaking on the phone.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the service. My emails were always responded to quickly and I was kept uptodate with progress. Would definitely recommend DNA Payments both for their customer service, prices and also for the ease of use of their terminals and web portal - a win all round.

Expensive so watch out for fees, especially if not using the terminal. Termination fees are also high and will tie you in 2 years which was not explicitly explained to me. I would not recommend DNA payments!

I dealt with Samina, from start to finish she was great. Helped get me a small concession from DNA at their end and more importantly guided me through the application process and proofs process all the way, making life as easy as possible for myself. Tech team members were excellent also. Both very helpful and accommodating. Quality of my new product seems exceptionally good and way superior to my previous terminal. I am really looking forward to using it going forward and to having the DNA tech/support team on hand if I have any issues in the future. I also have Samina as a personal contact now as well. My experience has been faultless and I would recommend highly.
