Nothing but relentless technical issues, and instead of actually trying to resolve them, they try to gaslight you instead.

I've never disliked a company more.

I had an excellent experience with DNA payments from start to finish. Samina was wonderful and very understanding of our needs. She helped quote me a price beating all competitors prices and customer service being second to none. Companies need more Samina’s in their businesses that’s for certain! Amina was also very helpful today in helping set up the card machine in itself and I am delighted to be part of the DNA family. I feel like the customer service is genuine and supportive always. Very satisfied!!
