"Really poor company!"

Really poor company ordered item, asked to change something which I received an email saying that's ok, then get an email from someone else saying you can't as it's already been shipped. After hearing nothing fhr a week email to find out what's going on and someone said it's not been shipped as one item is out of stock. Pathetic customer service. Will never use these again. No clue.
