"Hardwood bark not what it seams"
Bark was ordered. Hard wood. What I recieved was mouldy and had bits of plastic, rubbish bags, ply and soft wood. Not good quality at all

I trusted Bark to give me honest contractors to pave my courtyards and repair a wall.
The paving was done to high standard but the wall was a disaster
I agreed to a very high price to do the wall as it was dangerous for it to be done in a week.
The owner if the company kept bombarding me with other work he could do for more money. On SundayI had to pay them extra as the rendering of the wall was not completed and they would come back and finish sanding and pointing.
The work was not finished as agreed and Vastly over priced. So embarrassed that I've been treated this badly and sadly greatly out of pocket.
Work still not completed.

WHERE PAGES FELL OUT. MR. A. CROFT CAME TO MY HOME TOOK MY MANUSCRIPT AND ARTWORK, CRITIZING IT WHEN A FEW PEOPLE TOLD ME MY BOOK WAS SO WELL WRITTEN AND ARTWORK SO GOOD. HE LAUGHED AT ME. THIS IS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. DATE WAS SCHEDULED FOR SEPT. 26, BUT THE MOMENT HE RECEIVED EMAIL FROM THE COURT HE WROTE BACK HE HAS TO LEAVE CANADA ON THE 25TH OF SEPT. 2024. ON LINE YOU SAY THAT NON OF YOUR CLIENTS GO TO THE CUSTOMER'S HOME, WELL HE DID AND THE FRAUDSTER RIPPED ME OFF OF A LITTLE OVER $1425.00. TELLING ME MY BOOK IS STUPID AND THE COURT WILL ONLY LAUGH AT ME. I WILL PURSUE THIS ACTION ALL WAYS I CAN IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK FOR MY BOOK THAT IS NOT
SALEABLE AND SITS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS
PHYSICAL EVIDENCE FILLED WITH ERRORS IN PRINT, ARTWORK SET UP, AND ERROR IN BINDING.FROM JULY 2022 TO COURT DATE SEPT. 26, 2024

Horrible experience, I would never use bark again, the services are supplied by scammers who come to your house & try to charge you 3 times the amount you would normally be charged. Never again

No one in Runcorn, Warrington , Merseyside or the rest of cheshire could beat this price!
Ordering was straight forward and easy. Delivery was very quick and efficient. Order arrived by courier who telephoned me in advance to arrange a delivery date. Superb service. From Bedforshire. to Runcorn in Cheshire. - how many miles????? And still cheaper than local!!!

Ordered Ornimental Bark which arrived within 2 working days, but I was throughly dissatisfied with the quality.
There was about 40% soft wood chips which obviously was included to bulk out the amount in the double builders bag, which will degrade quickly. Obviously this is a swindle, be aware !

"Bark chip not received, communication awful"
I ordered my bark 3 wks ago. I heard nothing from them for 2 wks and since then have been in daily contact trying to get my bark chip delivered. They say they’ve texted me, I haven’t received any texts. They say the courier has contacted me…. They haven’t. I’ve had to do all the chasing, costing me time and money and I still haven’t had my product delivered.

"Consistently good service"
Consistently good service from this company. Their chippings for chicken pens are really good value. Only downside for us is that not all palette lorries will deliver direct to our rural location and we sometimes have to offload them near to a main road.

"Good company, poor carrier"
Bark UK did everything they could to get two deliveries to my property on time, a great company to do business with, with management that go the extra mile. So why have I only given 4 stars? Well unfortunately the carrier used did everything they could to ensure the delivery did not arrive on time and that I the customer and Bark UK wasted hours chasing and waiting for a satisfactory delivery result.
Final verdict:
Bark U.K. 10 out of 10, Palletway 5 out of 10, the 5 is for the drivers not the company!
