Since signing up with 1888goanswer, I can’t imagine how I functioned without it. Being a small business owner, my time is spread thin and I am constantly running around. Having the ability to push my calls to a live person whenever I need makes life much easier. When they take my calls they send me messages how i'd like (email or text) so I can handle customer inquiries as needed. They even send callers directly to my cell phone if its urgent! I would recommend this service to any small business owner.

I've gone through my fair share of in/out bound call centers since 2008. I believe I finally found the one that will grow with my business. As the Director of Operations of a quickly growing health care company, I have often found that call centers are one size fit all businesses that employ people who tend to be robotic.
I met 888 go answer at a trade show, and immediately felt their high level EQ and desire to deliver a better service than their cookie cutter competition.
When I moved over to go answer, I admittedly took a leap of faith. I had a large scale upcoming outreach program starting the following week and needed to ramp up immediately. I expressed my sense of urgency to their team and within 72 hours we were 100% live, taking inbound calls and beating our deadline of outbound by two full days. Pretty impressive. During that time go answer certainly over-delivered. I sent a late night e-mail to their team, and received a response the same night from their CEO, who continued trading e-mails with me until 3:00am. You can tell when people care.
We have subsequently moved any/all call center business to go answer, and would recommend without hesitation.
Kudos on being one of the few businesses who care about my company and our goals, as much, if not more than their own.
