Receptionists do not take good messages and frequently cannot speak/understand clear English resulting in my customers relating their frustration. Common names are frequently mispronounced and when I request for a message to be taken it rarely is successfully completed. I have called and complained and there has been no long-term improvement. Will be looking for a new service.
