Thus far Go Answer is doing an excellent job and answering our phones as they said they would. We rely upon them as a virtual receptionist and there are specific instructions which are unique to how our office is set up and managed. They have been able to acclimate themselves very quickly.

The truth, they are a good sell, but once inside, they change, and lie. Double billing, unable to follow instructions, and never taking accountability for their business. They will spam you, scam you, and stalk you. If they focus as much on customer relations of their business as they focus on getting paid their business would thrive. If you want peace of mind- I would not use them.
