Stay well clear of this company - you’ll see that all the apparent 5 star review are made by traditionally English names and they’re all blokes - when’s the last time you experiences a man buy dresses, let alone them review 😂 absolutely brilliant! STAY AWAY! They are affiliated with another scam operation called Lily of London and when you want to return an item, they ask you to email info at Lily of London which is hyperlinked to Oliver London’s customer service email who of course then go down the “sorry we can’t find your order route” it’s such a scam and im embarrassed I fell for it…. Never again.

No stars - goods poor quality and fit. Returns had to go signed for delivery to CHINA at my expense. This was 3 months ago and NO REFUND yet received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!

This company are thieves do not buy from them - the quality and look of their items is nothing like the pictures - you have to pay for the return to China and even then they do not refund you. STAY AWAY - it is a complete scam

THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING , my order took so long to arrive , the communication was poor . I thought I was buying from a reputable London company, but no it seems it’s HK based and they’re operating under Oliver London also . The dress was £51 and such poor style and quality .Temu is better quality . There’s no labels in dress just a piece of triangular shaped cloth . Now I am unable to get them to reply to me or correspond for a refund . £51 is a lot of money for a piece of rag. Reading these comments I now know I won’t be getting a refund . It’s so awful companies rob people this way and still allowed to advertise there goods on social media . DO NOT PURCHASE

If I could give zero stars I would. Like everyone else says the clothes are just rubbish and can only be returned to China. A total scam, don't buy from them.

THIS IS A SCAM - Be Warned.

I ordered, and was sent something cheap that they don't even sell on their website. It's delivered from the UK, but they require it to be returned (with proof of shipping) to China, and so at not-insignificant cost, and which they refuse to refund.

The credit card company will not refund the return shipping, and will only refund the cost if we/I show we have returned the item (which it's too expensive to do) and then haven't been refunded.

Look at the other reviews. It's clear that Oliver-London are doing this to lots of people (potentially everyone?) and know very well what they're up to, by taking money for premium items and just sending a cheap-something-else.

Go no where near them. Or if you do, don't be surprised what then happens.
