"DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!"
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!
This is the worst thing I have ever brought online. I online shop often, as most do! When I received this item I couldn't believe it. The product pictured looks and is called "wool knit cosy jumper", the image looks as the description. It arrived and it is a top made of lycra with an image of a wool knit jumper copied on to the material. I couldn't believe it. As well as that, customers are responsible for paying for their returns, which is totally fine, if the product is even close to what they say online! This is not a woollen jumper at all, not even the same material. Its awful and I am now talking to them to get paid postage which I am sure won't work but how awful.
AN IMAGE OF A WOOLLEN JUMPER PRINTED ONTO A LYCRA TOP! Disaster, how can this be allowed.

"Scammers "
I’m in exactly the same position as other buyers falling for this bunch of scammers. I too received that terrible Xmas tree T-shirt instead of what appeared as a well made knitted garment. I have refused to return and demanded a refund but don’t hold much hope. I’m not paying another £20 to return it.
March 8th 2024- I eventually sent back my parcel in January. Have provided copies of posting receipts as they asked me too and still awaiting refund. Today they asked for more info regarding this review. 3 months and I’m still waiting for a refund. They’re diabolical

"So disappointed"
Like the other reviews I’ve read, I’m disappointed with my purchase of a Christmas tree sweater. It’s cleverly photographed to look like wool and is described as knitted. The company is advertised on Facebook as Oliver London and goods advertised as a closing down sale. I tracked the order and was surprised to see it coming from China but wasn’t worried as I know a lot of goods are made there.
There was no description of what the sweater was made of and the garment has no laundering instructions or care label. It is a long-sleeved top/T-shirt. Now I’ve bought it I’ll probably wear it though.

"Been absolutely scammed!"
Been absolutely scammed!! My item looks nothing like the image. Can't believe they are based in China, so too expensive to return.

"SCAMMERS "
I have had exactly the same experience as all the others here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. What was supposed to be a lovely knitted jumper with Christmas trees eventually arrived as a cheap nasty nylon “garment” printed with Christmas trees. When you photograph it cleverly produces a 3D image which looks like a knitted jumper. A COMPLETE SCAM WHICH I AM LIVID I FELL FOR

"Scammers"
Scammers. What gets delivered bears no resemblance to what was advertised. The size was also wrong. Returns are as they are based in China. Avoid these scammers.

"NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…THEY ARE A FRAUD IF I COULD GIVE STAR RATING OF -10 I WOULD!"
This company goes under Oliver-London but actually is nothing of the sort.
Their goods are totally sub-standard, they keep you waiting for any order which when it comes you would not be surprised why - total miss-representation on site. I would suggest you do not buy a single item from them. They stated their parents were having to close the business - SORRY WHY ARE THEY STILL TRADING?????

"I wish I could award zero stars "
I wish I could award zero stars for this company.
I purchases a cardigan that, when arrived was a cheap, not even wool version of the one advertised with the pattern printed on the front, clearly not the chunky knitted one in the advert.
Then, trying to return it, suddenly Oliver 'London' is in China, consequently £16 to return it and who knows If I would receive a refund? This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK under false pretenses

This company is not registered in London at all and so basically you have not consumer rights. They need to be stopped but who can do that?

"Update on previous review…"
This is an update on my previous review about this company. They did eventually get in touch but communications were poor. Mixed messages for a start. One day they said they would find out what happened to my order for a cardigan. On another day they asked me to choose something else as that item was no longer available. Even though they were still advertising it on social media. Then they said they were going to organise a refund. Finally they said the item was on its way. The cardigan arrived about six weeks after the order was placed. It is very poor quality compared to the advertised picture. The colours are much paler and it is not a knitted item. It is made out of some poor quality man-made fabric. I can’t possibly wear this ugly thing - it went straight to the charity shop. Complete waste of money and time.
