"MirrorMate was great to deal with"

MirrorMate was great to deal with. Our order was processed quickly, only one minor blemish on one of the two frames. FEDEX delivery was the worst delivery experience we've every had. FEDEX missed the delivery for four consecutive days. We finally drove to their terminal and picked up the frames. Later that day, we were asked via email to fill out a FEDEX survey about our delivery experience. It's painfully obvious that FEDEX is clueless. Evidently, the driver was allowed to leave the package in the terminal for four days because the box was 80" long. NO supervision...they just kept changing the delivery date at the end of each day.

I love the frame I choose. (Pemaquid dark bronze). The shipping time was just a couple of days. The frame looks beautiful on the mirror. Very easy to install. Directions easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the few questions I had. So glad I saw your ad in a decor magazine. Would not hesitate to recommend MIrrormate. Thank you , Carole

"Three successful installations"

I've ordered three mirror mate frames and successfully installed them. Make sure your measurements are exact! Each of my mirrors is resting on a backsplash and very close to one vertical wall. The vertical wall is not necessarily perfectly square with the mirror.
