This is the second mirror frame I purchased from MirrorMate. The first was (I thought) destroyed by being completely flooded by Hurricane Harvey. During the mucking and gutting out process the Grandezza frame and my mirror were pried off the wall and left outside, unprotected from rain and flood crud leaning against a fence for about two months. After a while, I noticed the frame appeared to be holding up it's finish and lustre, so I salvaged it and I placed it inside while rebuilding. A year later while finishing the bath rebuild, I reattached my original Mirrormate, it is still perfect!! Then I bought another for my other bathroom. This is a great product!!!!!
