Each time I called the office to get information or just to ask basic questions or get help with something I needed the person on the other end of the phone which have been several different people have all been more than anxious to help me. Never once did I feel pushed aside or rushed which is rare these days.

I had a representative sale me a policy on my house, and after I had made 2 payments over $700.00 each the company they had me with cancelled my policy. Reason being I have another property in my name that my Daughter, who is disabled and her husband is disabled too, and they have 2 children, a one year old and a 5 year old live at. Where they live is a 2 bed and 2 bath trailer that is only 20 minutes from my house. The company that TopLine set up my policy with is Edison Insurance. So, thanks, no thanks to TopLine, as of January I won't have any insurance on my house, and I had a VERY good policy with Edison.
