"U2 at the Sphere"
Our trip was all about seeing U2 at the Sphere in Las Vegas and so it would be hard to give it anything else other than 5 stars! However, we would also highly recommend Stein Travel. They took all of the stress out of planning our break - from flights, to hotel recommendations to concert tickets, and we would recommend booking this type of trip with them for excellent service, knowledgeable staff and excellent pricing. A once in a lifetime experience too!

"Andrea Bocelli Tuscany "
Everything was very well organised from the time of booking to getting back to Dublin.
Transfer execution to and from the airport, the concert and for day excursions to Sienna and Florence were smoothly run and very comfortable.
The Stein Travel Representative, Jay Galvin made himself available at all times to offer any help or assistance required. The local guide, Sylvia was an absolute gem. She was very helpful, supportive and extremely organised. Nothing was a problem for her.
The accommodation at Hotel Adua was excellent. This is a very nice hotel that is made really special by the staff. In all areas of the hotel the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
I would have no hesitation using Stein Travel again. In fact we're already looking at trips with them next spring.

"Andre Bocelli Concert in Tuscany "
The trip to Tuscany and the Andre Bocelli Concert was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it.
The only downside to the trip was the lack of services at the supposedly 4 Star Ecoloni Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful but it could definitely do with upgrading it's decor and services for guests.
The bar closes at 11.30pm every night. They ran out of glasses and ice every evening. One person running the bar on her own who was clearly under pressure and no one ever came to assist her.
There was no where in the hotel to have a beverage, tea or coffee etc during the day from 11am to 4pm. We were advised there were plenty of cafes up and down the street.
No kettle in the bedrooms but you could hire one for €35 for the week. No iron available either.
Carpets are old, worn and dirty looking and could definitely do with been upgraded as could some of the paintwork.
The leather chairs and couches in the lobby area are worn and the leather cracked and torn. Not really appealing. Its such a pity because I loved the hotel, it's proximity to everything and the staff but it definitely needs some work upgrades and to bring it to 4 Star standard. A bit disappointing compared to a mother hotel where others guests stayed who travelled within our tour group. They had lots of facilities at their Spa hotel.
Stein Travel might also consider advising travellers of the difficulties involved in some of the day tours and the trek to the Concert itself. There were elderly people who struggled with the walking in the heat and also the hills and slopes in Sienna and the walk involved to the Teatro del Silenzio.
No Stein Representive made themself known to the Dublin Group for the whole week we were there. We had no advice as to the walking difficulties that were facing some. I personally struggled after knee surgery some months back so it's advisable to bring a walking stick with you if you have difficulty walking or climbing steep hills like I did and many others.
I would have liked to have been given some information on how to hire a buggy car to get me up to the Teatro del Silenzio and back from where the bus dropped us. I very nearly didn't make it up there for the concert. It would have been great to be able to discuss this with a Stein Travel Rep but like I said, this person never made themselves known to any of the Dublin group which was so disappointing as lots of people had issues and questions.
Anyway hopefully Stein Travel will take on board some of this feedback and try improve on next years tour to Tuscany.

"Andrea Bocelli tour. The hotel was dated and carpets not…"
The hotel was dated and carpets not clean. It didn’t have a swimming pool which the other hotels on the Andrea Bocelli tour to Tuscany had. Temperatures were around 35C for the week so ended up paying €25 to go to another hotel to use the pool with towels supplied. Staff in hotel were lovely.

"Firstly was at wrong terminal before I…"
Firstly was at wrong terminal before I departed as it said terminal 2 on ticket and I was stressed out before I got on the plane after the long delay and 3/4 hour waiting on plane before departure
Never met stein rep once only tour guide Gabrielle who was great for concert and trip Also to pay extra supplement as I was a single passenger staying in hotel was not worth it at all as the room was a box size room bed was very comfortable only shower in room hotel was clean

"Superb Stein travel"
What can I say I’ve travelled to Maastrict for the Andre Rieu shows. All I can say is that its an experience everyone should try and go to once in their life, I’ve travelled 4 times with stein. It’s a very special trip we spend with our mother who has travelled 7 times!! Michelle Susanna and Ger absolute legends makes the trip as easy as possible, and a fair price too! Lovely hotel, transfers, tickets all sorted. 100% recommended Stein travel.

"Tuscany and Andrea Bocelli 😍…"
Week long tour idea incl bocelli concert is a great opportunity to see tuscany and enjoy a great concert experience. Just thought some little things and more info needed. Booking was fine. Hotel was basic enough. Some part of group got a hotel with a pool which would have been nice. Tour guide Gabriella great very nice and helpful. Bus not great standard we were in smaller bus rest of group in coach. Lot of walking not really clearly advised by stein travel eg steps in siena just for less abled or older people. Walk to concert should be explained more in terms of gradient of hills again for those less able and distance. We didnt get an option to upgrade seats at concertbothers did? Would have been nice to have a Stein travel rep to touch base with during the week. Overall lovely week just needs a little more info and clarity.
