Excellent company. Super friendly, extreme fast response rate on tickets, cheap and good service. I've had multiple servers hosted by this company by now and I'd give more than 5 stars if possible.

No matter the ask the team got the issue done and resolved within a matter of min. i ran with pingperfect for years and the customer service there has gone to the trash. it's nice to have a company that will listen to you other than ask you a question to each question you ask. This is one of, if not the best customer service I've ever received. Jamie helped me for about 4 hours there and answered every question I had. Very helpful and considerate, I knew very little about what I was doing and he sorted it all out for me. He stuck around for so long to make sure it was all working and answered very quickly, 1 minute response time from the ticket being submitted. Delighted to have picked this company.

Tried two other provides to host Icarus for a few friends and had nothing but lag and lack of customer service.

Hopped over to GTX since I knew I'd had a good experience with Project Zomboid hosting so I figured why not...(they weren't my first as the other two providers were "highly" recommended off a Google search)

GTX is responsive both in their ticketing system and their live chat. Nothing but good things from GTX!
