"GTXGaming Took My Bank Information "

GTXGaming advertises that they accept direct bank payments when you sign up when in reality they DO NOT. I gave my bank acct# and routing# in order to set that up. They never took the money out of the account and each time I had to use a debit card, something I specifically tried to avoid as I set up a whole separate checking acct for my Arma 3 clan. I did this so there wouldn't be card charges or so they wouldn't take money when it's not all there yet. What GTX has available is called "Bank Transfer" but it never worked. I reached out to their support team and they said "We do not have the ability to pull from bank accounts direct. But we can do it through an intermediary like PayPal or using your debit card." Yet they took my bank information when I first signed up. They asked for my discord information so we could link up and talk. I sent them my discord information but I refused to pay until we talked because I didn't want to use a debit card anymore. They NEVER reached out to me on discord. Every time I asked why they take bank information but don't actually use the service of automatic bank transfers they dodged the question.
"I dont understand what you mean by saying bank payments do not work. We receive bank payments every single day. You are clearly suffering from the wrong impression."

Btw all quotations are from my support tickets with their support team. I STRONGLY recommend not using their servers or any other service.

Servers runs smooth and it's the best I can find to run space engineers for a decent price and they don't need reset all the time like most hosting platforms.

Have used Gtx for dayz servers a few times and they really are great never had any performance issues, prices are good and modding the servers is made nice and easy with Gtx :)

My experience with gtx has been nothing short of amazing I've been with them for 3 years now and have had various other servers for other games through other companies and hands down gtx is the best the customer support is immaculate they get to ur tickets immediately and always have a fast solution or answer to any problem you may be having 2 the servers run the best I've seen through any company 0 downtime and if there is any outages there right on it with no hesitation and answering all questions that needed to be answered in a time like that I would recommend gtx to anyone starting a dedicated server or even single server instances the platform is user friendly and let me just saying for sure beginner friendly easy add mods with steam connected right to the server you are running
