The service and help these guys provide, in ky experience, you have to pay for.. and these legends do it all just because they can! 10/10 will recommend GTX, as well as setting up an affiliate account. "GTX Gaming billing is terrible."
GTX Gaming has a great Admin control console. Of course it's no better than any other besides GSKings. I started a VPS server with GTX and decided to change to a Dedicated machine for Rust. After a couple of months, I realized due to them turning off my server for non-payment even though it was set to auto-pay through PayPal, that they had charged me 2 extra payments ($88.46) for the VPS server that was canceled when I got the dedicated gaming server. One payment was processed through my PayPal account and one through my bank account. They refunded the payment that was processed through the PayPal account but said the other could take 72 hours. Mind you this was in mid Feb. 2024. I asked how these charges could have been applied and their response was "We can't control your auto-pay on PayPal." Okay, what about the transaction that was taken from my bank account that still to date has not been refunded?
In March 2024 they canceled my dedicated gaming server while I was out of town and I didn't notice until 2 days after the disconnection. The payment was set to auto-draft from PayPal, so not sure how that happened, further, the players who were playing on the servers had already gotten frustrated and left. I understand GTX will say, "We send out multiple emails about your payment." I say I am already having payment issues with your company and have never had any other problems with payments through other game server hosts. Pay me the money you owe me and get better with billing.

I never received the $88.46 that was charged to me after the VPS was canceled. I received one reimbursement of $88.46 charged to PayPal, but still have not been refunded for the following transaction.
Transaction ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Total $88.46 Jan 13th 2024.
Please check previous Support Tickets sent on Feb. 15th 2024 for more information on my refund. Also, your company canceled my dedicated server even though it was set to auto-pay through PayPal. I do not want it turned back on because your company is terrible at billing and extremely inconsistent!

Also check to see if you have cancelled all paypal subscriptions as explained in this guide: How to cancel a PayPal subscription.

I still have not received a refund even after they asked me to change my review to receive the money they owe me.
To respond to the reply: Yes you refunded one payment but not the second payment and a support ticket was submitted three times!! I didn't need any extension on the billing. The payment was set for auto pay and further, your company didn't have any problem auto drafting my account thus the money you currently owe me. I have accepted the fact you guys are thieves and need the money more than I do and I most likely will never see the money GTX Gaming owes me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

They made everything super easy. From the moment I start my subscription, to the time I ended it (due to lack of game time, not anything GTX did wrong) they were on point. The language and terminology they used made using their service simple and easy. If I need a another game server in the future I will be using GTX with no hesitation. Highly recommmended.

They don't have a good backup service.
After 1 month of playing, a cheater entered the world and corrupted the actual save, and they had no internal backup to restore the world.
If you don't want to risk all of your data, don't use this service.
