Highly recommended. Had issues in my heating system not related to the new boiler. Prime time were helpful with the issues and the back office service I got was really good. Was also happy with the price too especially as I got the hive thermostat as part of the deal.

When I spoke to your advisor he assured me that subcontractors wouldn't be used. The engineer arrived but clearly didn't want to be here and was happy to find that the boiler hadn't been delivered as primetime Boilers hadn't paid for the actual boiler. We had to wait another week for another engineer to come and he was late. Once he was here he did a good job but over all our experience wasn't great.
