"Absolutely awful experience "

Absolutely awful experience , had a video survey carried out and then took a day off work for the installation to be carried out. Installer turned up and informed me the installation couldn’t be carried out but insisted on sitting in my kitchen for 2 hours on the phone to the “office” and then finally left confirming it couldn’t be done. Install finally happened 2 weeks later and the workman ship is awful, not bled properly, gas pipe run in a stupid way when could have been run externally more easy. Electrical wires cable tied to gas pipe run, water pipes touching each other causing a rattle noise , make finish is a joke , could have got my kids to make a more tidy finish. Installed on the 24 dec and I write this on the 15th feb and still not rectified defects. Might be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Compared to our old boiler this is a complete eyesore. We have two stone cold radiators despite having system drained twice. Not sure if this is due to fitters who were here for 9 hours.10

Sam, the consultant, was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable, helping me select the perfect package for my needs.

The installation process was equally impressive. Jon, the installer, arrived punctually and completed the work ahead of schedule. What really stood out was how unobtrusive the whole process was - I was able to work from home without any disruption. Jon was professional throughout, maintained clear communication, and left my property spotlessly clean. He even took care of removing the old boiler.

As a new homeowner (when boiler replacement seems to be an inevitable rite of passage!), I particularly appreciated the flexible finance option of £35 per month, which made the investment much more manageable after other home improvement costs.

Professional, efficient, and customer-focused - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
