I had a boiler install by prime time, the video call was so easy and convenient, also the total cost of a conversion to a tank to combi was over 2k less than British gas and for the same boiler! On the day I had Nick as my operative, he kept the house so clean he hoovered up after himself, put the carpet back after running pipes under the floor, cleaned my sides the lot and I felt as ease with him being here, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or anything. He worked in my property for 2 days with no break and explained everything to me. Me being a question Queen I asked about everything and without hesitation he answered everything I wanted to know! Honestly Nick was such a great engineer I would recommend him to anyone!

Prime time boilers customer service also are soo friendly and always are willing to help which is refreshing wish I knew about these guys years ago! Would of saved me alot of money and hassle.

"Had a new boiler installed"

Had a new boiler installed everything went well but a week and a half later the boiler stopped working about 6pm on a Saturday so I rang prime time out of hours number for a call out engineer to come out and was told the earliest time would be Monday even though I have 4 young children in the house

The guy on the help desk was very unhelpful and I wasn’t getting no where with him so ended up getting help else where

eventually got a call back on the Monday but yet again was just politely brushed to the side when asking why wasn’t there an on call engineer available
The aftercare was a big let down and was quick enough to take my money but not quick enough to fix something that was installed a week and half ago!
