Fast efficient service. Very helpful knowledgeable engineer and admin staff always friendly and helpful. I had a boiler installed In my home and then I recently moved home and had a new boiler installed so this is the second time I have used this company and would recommend if you are after a new boiler. Good rates too.

I had a new boiler fitted January 2024 & can honestly say the service was good then went down hill afterwards.

I took out the annual service cover, it was advertised as 2 months free, they took the payments straight away and then said after the 1st service you get 2 months refunded.

A yesr came round & I booked my service on their on line service, having to cancel for personal reasons, so emailed them and rebooked for another date. The date I had cancelled they emailed to say the engineer, was unwell and would not be attending, so I called to say I'd already rebooted another.date, they explained they didn't have anyone engineer in my area.and there was a problem with their system.

I rebooted and had confirmation of date and time of booking, the day before they were due to come the asked me of my availability in the afternoon, I explained I had a morning appointment. after a lot of backwards and forwards they then confirmed I had a morning appointment.
I cannot fault the engineer Dave, very friendly knowledgeable etc and did the job well.
I was not asked to sign paperwork, nor was any left having to chase this, which. I was sent via email. Had I not asked I don't think I would ever had sight off, which is important for warranty purposes of a new/any boiler.

I then had to chase for my refund of two months, which eventually I received.

So the initial contact was good, but then it all went down hill afterwards, so all I would say is to be careful.

From start to finish the team have been great! Jamie has been extremely helpful with all my questions, worries and video call to get the quote. Scott the boiler fitter was absolutely fantastic, so great at his job and his kindness! Plus with the help from his colleague. Was all fantastic. Thank you! The boiler is great. And a great addition to my property. The team in the office have all been lovely and helpful too. Thank you all for making the stress go away and a smooth experience all round. Very grateful. Zoe

"The boiler was fitted with the morning…"

The boiler was fitted with the morning and all arrived ok, but the engineer did damage our cupboard shelf, which was quite damage after looking. It was then dealt with really well from Prime Time. This issue is now being sorted by a local carpenter to our address.
