Our boiler recently broke down, and we reached out to Prime Time Boilers for assistance. They sourced a new one for us, and while it took a bit of time—understandable, especially for oil-fired units suited for large houses—our patience was rewarded.

When Engineer Jack arrived with the right unit, we were immediately impressed by his expertise. He skillfully assessed our old system of pumps and wiring, a challenging task on its own. Jack proved to be a true professional, with a gift for creative problem-solving and a delightful, thoughtful demeanor.

His communication with us was outstanding, and his work ethic shone through. The boiler now runs better than ever, and the site was left spotless. Thanks to Jack’s exceptional work, we are incredibly satisfied customers.

However, if it were not for this underhand practice, I would have given a five star review. Their price was competitive, their installation was quick and efficient and they dealt with an issue with my solar panels very quickly.

Primetime boilers provided a really good service. They were open and easily contactable and provided good levels of information along the way. A quick service throughout the process. Boiler instillation day was hassle free. Two guys came at 8am and were done by 2pm. Initially there was an error with the instillation and I called them after they had left. They came straight back and fixed the issue immediately. All working well now and am pleased with my boiler and service received.
