"Left to freeze my a bad company and saved ny Prime Time Boilers."

I had placed an order with another company to replace our failed LPG combi boiler. I gave them every assistance needed for a quick oneto one replacement. All paperwork was done -future servicing was arranged -deposit money was paidand after appprox 2+ weeks without heat or hot water they said it would be best if I cancelled the order because the did not have an LPG fitter who could do the work!! I was rescued because I came accross a local company called Prime Time Boilers. Within a week we were up and running thanks to this company I would definately give this company a ring if you need good, fast, efficient and helpfull people to install or repair your old boiler. 5* rating from me.

"New boiler installation…"

All in all a good experience… new boiler installation with a few technical challenges but from the video survey, booking process and the installation itself I have been happy ( installation day was rescheduled due to engineer calling in sick. A frustration at the time but new date set up quickly and courteously).
Jon, the boiler engineer really went above and beyond and he’s done an excellent job installing our new boiler.
