I am so impressed with the service from prime time boiler. I got a video appointment with Jamie to discuss my boiler and within a couple of days, the engineer was in my house for installation! Jon was very respectful and professional and the whole installation was smooth!, with thorough explanations about my new boiler. I am so impressed with this service and my new Bosch boiler is superb!!!!

Excellent service, the 2 engineers were on time and got the boiler in and in place. The work was clean and tidy and they cleared up after themselves once they finished. Would definitely recommend PrimeTime boilers to anyone needing a new boiler.

The installation went fantastically well we were very impressed with the 2 installers. They were on time really polite, very courteous at putting down protection on the floor and cleaned up everything once they finished. The whole thing from start to finish was brilliant.

Got a decent price to replace my boiler inc install. I would have given 5 stars but my first scheduled date was cancelled on the day after I took a day off work. But they did work a Saturday to amend the situation.
