Hi, today we changed our old but loved boiler and Jon the installer engineer made our day special. He came on time and straight to the job. Once started he didn't stop until everything done inside and outside. We could tell he is very experienced professional. Everything clear up and in order .Then he went all around checking all the system in good working order explaining about boiler functions. He finally handed all papers, instructions and advices for future servicing and maintenance. Very happy....thank you Jon

Engineers put a pipe across the front of our house and made the house look a real distorted disproportioned. Did not let us know whatsoever that the plan was changed from the survey where the plan was to put pipes under the floor boards. We paid exact amount but the job was 👎, did not come back to repair it when asked.

"Incompetent, rude and greedy"

I have a boiler installed by this fraudulent company about 5 years ago, since day one I have issues: leaks, errors, when the system stalls, because they didn't perform the system clean (for which they have charged me), it seems to be some blockage. Whatever the issue is, they were sending their engineers who didn't solve they issue, instead they showed me how to restart the system when it goes into error. About 2 months ago I had a service check, after which the boiler is making non-stop bubbling noises, even when no heating (water, radiators) is on, the electricity bill went up 50%, new error appeared, saying "ignition unsuccessful". Two months I'm trying to have sineone to contact me, but today they had the audacity to say, that the 10 years warranty I was paying for before, is actually 2 years and they want to charge me £139. When I called, they didn't let me speak and eventually asked to wait and just hang up on me. I am going to take it further
