"Replacement of a very old gas boiler"

Replacement of a very old gas boiler. Jack was very professional and friendly. Didn't complain at all of a job that wasn't completely straight forward. Very tidy and kept mess to a minimum. He just got on with it and has made a very neat job all round. We are extremely pleased with his work and the lovely new boiler.
Hive is an added bonus which is going to come in very handy from now on.

prime time were a very customer focused company keeping me informed at every step
pricing was simple and even questions on this were quickly responded to by their team.
The engineer was polite and helpful (even though the boiler was difficult to access) and got on with the job and left everything tidy when he finished. Would be happy to recommend Prime Time which is high praise as I am usually a miserable bugger!

I was kept up to date through the whole process. Unfortunately, after waiting 4 weeks, my boiler installation was pushed back by another 2 weeks which was frustrating. The installer was very friendly and informed me throughout the day about my boiler. He helped me to navigate the Hive system and even phoned them when there was problem with connection. He told me I would need 2 new valves for the radiators however, said I had to sort this myself.

I contacted PrimeTime boilers to arrange installation of a 720f/3 wireless thermostat
Price was advised which had to be paid before appointment could be made
Appointment was made and I received an email advising electrician would arrive between 16:00 and 17:00 on 3rd Dec.
Electrician failed to show
When contacted office next day I was told it was scheduled for Thurs 5th and not 3rd
Had to arrange more time off to accommodate a 2nd visit
Apart from original boiler installation this is the first time I've contacted them to arrange a visit.
Electrician on arrival was excellent and carried out work to a high standard explaining everything in detail throughout his visit
