Network Capital is the brand, “The Alfred,” to my review. 4 walls and a roof. The people inside this box, is what makes Network Capital one of the best financial firms in town. Allow me to mention my FICO score was considered to be fair in the industry. I needed to pull out equity from my home to consolidate unsecure credit card debt and some home improvements. I had been denied by several competitors. Even my own mortgage servicer that I have been with for many years denied me.
However, this story gets better. Like superheroes, Bruno and Devon swooped in to save the day. Bing, Pang, Boom. Until today, I don’t know which is actually Batman or Robin. I’ll allow them to debate that amongst themselves. There compassionate side is what stands out, as a matter of fact, I didn’t feel like a customer not even for a minute, I felt more like part of the Network Capital family, from day one Bruno under promise and over delivered, breaking down the pros and cons to a few of my questions that I had regarding cash out refi vs HELOC, Devon kept me informed and guided me step-by-step throughout the document process. If you get the opportunity to work with these two individuals I can guarantee you, they will always stay in communication with you. Even though they were experiencing a hurricane they coordinated, to work effectively to get my funding done. The first domino and the only out-of-pocket expense is the appraisal.
Long story short, they got it done and they were able to help me by getting me funded in just 21 days. Because of my experience with Network Capital I will definitely suggest them to family & friends or anyone who made need their help. A huge thanks to Network Capital team and special thanks to Bruno and Devon keep up the exceptional work.
