This is my fourth venture using Network Capital Funding; 3 re-fi’s & a home purchase. They offer very competitive rates, can close without cash coming out of your pocket, and if your circumstances are right-close as quickly as 10 days. Home purchases and re-fi’s used to be so laborious, with Network Capital they have up-to-date technology and data which saves you from having to jump through a lot of hoops. I have worked with Chris, Sean and Casey and they are all very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’ve never felt any pressure and they’ve always made sure I was comfortable when moving forward. In six months, after another rate drop, I will be calling Network Capital Funding, unless they call me first. Thanks for all your effort!

"Run Around"

So i was talking to Rocket Morage to refinance a loan then Network Capital called and said they could make me a better offer which they did, then they had my placed appraised and their guy appraised my place at 1/2 the value that Rocket appraised for and screwed me out of a loan!!! Then i had to go back to Rocket and got a deal done, So get ready for some BS. Nice people tho LOL!!! Total waste of time.
