If i could give no star i would. Our company had a rather important event scheduled, where i thought it would be great to have the moments captured with a drone. Scheduled the service well in advance only to have no drone pilot show up. It would have cost me less to fly to the site and do it with my own drone. Could not be more upset.

"Don't waste your time or money with this service."
Don't let the professional website fool you. This is a typical over-promise and under-deliver situation. From the faulty intake form to horribly long response times. I offered them thousands of $$ of business, but they were unable to communicate or schedule on time, and one of my projects just fell through the cracks entirely. Do yourself a huge favor and find another drone service.

I paid for a service that wasn't done. I want my money back! The quality of the photos was terrible. I wish I read the google reviews and didn't use them. Terrible experience

We attempted to use dronegenuity. Paid the online fee, provided the project details, it was accepted. The day of the event, the pilot didn't show. When we reached out, he stated that he had not agreed to the price dronegenuity offered. Frankly, we didn't blame him as dronegenuity offered $200 of a $800 fee. That's absurd. Clearly we are not recommending dronegenuity for several reasons.

"I suggest using a more reliable company"
This review would actually be a 1 or 2 based on my most recent experience, but I do want to be fair. We've used this company for 2 jobs. The first job (June 2020) actually turned out really well. We re-contracted with them in 2022, but their pilot (they refer out) kept being delayed so they were 3 weeks delayed in getting us the photos so it was past when we needed them. They admitted to this issue and said they would reshoot it when we needed it next. They reshot at the beginning of this month, but hadn't read my emails sent in plenty of time before the shoot so they did not take all the shots we requested. I understand how things like that happen, but I have been trying to communicate with them for about a month now and have had a real hard time getting anyone to reply. Emails usually go unanswered and when I've gotten people on the phone, they have said they will make it right, but each time they have not followed up. I've called a couple times to ask for the manager of the person I am working with and it's been stated he doesn't have a manager. I'm pretty sure this could actually be worked out with an honest conversation, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to have that.
In summary, their customer service at this time is a big issue for them. The quality of shots seems to vary on the pilot they contract with as we've varied results quality of photos. I would suggest using a different company with more reliable results.

"Rip off! - they don't pay their pilots"
Provided photos and video footage for real estate listing.... The listing shows my work but I have never received payment. Going on 3 weeks and many emails and phone calls with their promises to pay. RIP OFF - Do not work for them unless you want to do it for free. Will file complaint with BBB and state attorney general next.
Note: they don't deserve the one star....
