I chose to utilize the in-person training. It was a super cold and windy day but we made it through like champs. Josh, the instructor was very knowledgeable and shared with me a bunch of “pro” tips for helping to ensure my success as a drone pilot. They entire team at Dronegenuity deserves an A+ for their efforts. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

"My drone sat in the box for 3 years!"

I bought my drone 3 years ago and never took it out of the box. I was afraid I would crash it. I finally signed up for a lesson with Dronegenuity. The instructor was great and I don't know why I waited so long! Now I can fly!! The instructor had many useful tips and let me fly the whole time. This is one of the best gifts I've ever given myself.

"Frustrated working with Dronegenuity since October"

I have been working with Droneegenuity since the first week in October. After going through the initial video process with Dronegenuity and making our payment, communication has been spotty, at best. It is now 12/23 and we still do not have completed videos. I was promised a 2 week turnaround. After numerous emails and phone calls, I have not heard back from anyone and I am now left with incomplete videos with virtual tradeshows looming the first week of January. This is frustrating to say the least.

Jake was an excellent instructor. He taught me to use the remote controller properly to maneuver the drone and use the camera. He also showed me safety and using the software.

WOW! Christmas came early thanks to this great company.

I called them 2weeks prior, explained where & when. Received an email receipt with a fixed quote. As soon as my permits got approved, I touched back with them. With zero trouble they had a pilot readily available to confirm with our difficult timeframe.

The professional & supportive communication was truly a breath of fresh air.

Our pilot was so good, I let him do his own thing and in less than 2hours he overdelivered amazing footage.

Scheduling was a simple process and the drone operator took directions well. The footage was excellent quality and was exactly what we had asked for. I would highly recommend this company for your drone footage needs.

"Unfortunately can not recommend these guys"

We contacted the company in July for a project we were working on for our website. After almost 4 months we only had 2 of the projects filmed which were honestly nothing special. Just looked like someone flew above the building, no technique, that was it. Turnaround time was not great and we had a deadline to adhere by, and quality was awful. While these folks were nice, unfortunately I cannot recommend their services. If you have a project that need professional detail, I would quite honestly shop elsewhere. Honest review.

Some confusion over payment terms because of delayed responses but we got it worked out, so I am updating my review. They offered clear instruction prior to the job about what all was needed. the only problem was some communication issues after the job was completed. Overall great work.

"Was not overly happy with my experience."

Was not overly happy with my experience. Took a while for a drone pilot could be located and commissioned, the pilot however did an amazing job. After the shoot was done it took several days to receive the photos and they were not even edited. I had a million+ listing that I needed the drone photos to be on the MLS and I did not make that deadline they had to be added two days after the property went live. For the price paid for this service I expected more.
