"Terrible company and terrible service"

Terrible company and terrible service. Every order turns up late. I have ordered an SLS camera (£309.99) and the company are attempting to break UK law by denying a refund, despite no item being provided over SIX WEEKS later and with no ETA available.

Horrible experience buying an sls kinect from this guy we bought on ebay so policies were not clear and some false a year ago he advertised 10 available but he had none ready so it took long time to build and ship then it fell apart on first use the tablet fell off on the ground lucky for us he gave a partial refund which took many messages to get he loves to ignore you once he gets your money very dishonest and not professional company

These guys are absolute comedians, they claim this is not associated to Paranormal Electronics, yet it has their photo on the page and their e-mail address.

Please read all the reviews where Paranormal Electronics respond. all they have tried to do is change the page name (GHE.co.uk) and hide because of the masssssssive amount of bad reviews on John and his pathetic wife.

"Paranormal electronics,"

Had a very bad experience with these jokers, took months for orders to turn up, SLS was poorly built, wires split, and tablet had a hole filled with filler, I only found holes as was a massive sticker on back of tablet and didn't want to promote a bad business so took it off to find it badly damaged. I tried to complain and they got nasty blaming me for this, they blocked my emails and number so could never get through to them, while still had an order waiting, excuse after excuse would give no stars if had option, I know of 6 other people that had had same issues with them, sent item to a billing address even thou we asked it to be sent as a gift to another address, after asking about the issue we was told it's highly illegal to send to another address, John you are a bel***d, worth spending that little bit more and going else where, if any one need the proof of this I still have all the emails, lucky don't live close all I can say.

"Paranormal Electronics Ltd - Ghost Hunting Equipment, rip off artists"

Right, ordered from Paranormal Electronics Ltd.,(Googled them and this came up, so would appear to be the same company, or run by the same people) - Ghost Hunting Equipment. I ordered an SLS 10" screen version 2 in January, with a 32gb SD card and Aluminium transport case, plus foam, which I later changed to the 4 tier Aluminium transport case system, cost was £10.00 more expensive than the SLS transport case, but as the foam on the original was £10.00, worked out the same price. I said any extra charges I would pay, but they said no problem no extra charge. At this time of order, the delivery time was stated as 2 weeks. 3-5 weeks later it changed to pre order. In May, the items still had not arrived, but the excuses given at that time I considered acceptable, and let it slide, and ordered a Ouija board, a Para-Tunes, and a Para-Pump. These last were delivered in a timely fashion, albeit with a questionable assembly of the Para-Tunes, as a circuit board, as well as the battery pack, were just loose inside, free to short on the other circuit board, or worse still, break the central circuit board, and one of the 8 LED lights wasn't working. I asked for and received permission to open the unit to see if I could rectify the faults. I used some double sided foam tape to secure the battery pack to the inside wall and some small anti static foam blocks to secure the loose circuit board. I didn't bother trying to fix the broken LED, and wasn't going to return it for such a small fault. The quality of the items for the rest was excellent, but the January and May orders were still missing.
I never received any updates or communications from the company unless I messaged them, and 9 out of 10 times, they just don't reply ! As stated by a previous user, this attitude simply pisses people off, and they would get far better reviews if when screens are stuck in customs, they informed the customer of that fact, instead of the utter silence they normally give.
In the end I tried cancelling the order, and I was met with silence (by now their excuses had dragged us past the 120 day bank charge back limit, so my money is stuck with them at the moment.).
Then I gave them an ultimatum to deliver or refund, to which I was met with "is this something you ordered ?". To which I said yes, quoted the order numbers again, and was met with silence again. Many times they put in a video that if we just waited another ONE, maximum TWO weeks, we would have instead of the version 2, the version 3. I have waited and waited 6 months now and have finally lost patience and given them a final ONE WEEK ULTIMATUM to deliver !
In the meantime I have spoken to the PSNI, and they said I should consider pressing charges, think I could have a case for either Fraud or Deception, or both, as the items outstanding and paid for were listed for the SLS as two week build time, and all the other stuff in stock. That's all outstanding since the middle of January. I will wait out the week, and then decide what to do if nothing appears.
It would be handy for me if people could email me their contact details at 123raymondgeorge @ gmail.com with their reviews.
If you are sensible, you will ONLY START opening a parcel once you have the video camera or phone video up an running on VIDEO RECORD, and preferably have a witness too, as that settles disputes quickly, with no ambiguity !!

Update, Sundy 4th July, 2021
So, on 1st July, 2021, I received a package from Paranormal Electronics - Ghost Hunting Equipment, and it contained the Rem Pod I ordered in May. The ONLY reason I received this I believe, Is the fact that I no longer believe their lies. I let them know this, and also the fact I was about to reverse charge the Debit card transfer while there was still time !!
On Saturday I spent all morning filing reports concerning the directors with the Fraud Squad, who are now going to open an investigation. If 50 plus people are openly complaining, I wonder how many have not bothered to complain ? If we take an average of say £300.00 an order that they haven't delivered on (that's an average SLS with case etc), that's £15,000.00 they've pocketed, at the very least !!
Customers in foreign countries can still receive there money back via the British court system. Take notice, they think they don't have to pay anything if they declare bankruptcy, but the Limited liability does NOT apply to them if its caused by CRIMINAL ACTIONS, so they will continue to be liable !! Telling people they will have there orders cancelled and their monies stolen if they leave a negative review, is, to put it mildly, extortion and theft.

"Total incompetence."

I ordered several items from this company, an IR Camcorder, a static parapod, and a full spectrum action camera plus a SanDisk 32gb sd card. Plus a 52 in 1 action camera accessory kit. I received a part order the parapod arrived with a full invoice. When I quired this they said it was quite common practice to send part orders whilst waiting for Stoke. She said don't worry it will be with you soon. Received 2nd delivery this time I received the full spectrum camera and accessories kit. No camcorder or micro sd card which is used in the full spectrum camara, again she said she would put it in the post and the other camera wasn't in yet. She did put the sd card in the post. But I waited for the next delivery of my IR camera, but it never arrived. When I phoned to enquire they said I had received all the items. Which I hadnt, asked to speak to a manager, said they would ring back, never did. I received an e mail saying I had signed for the delivery take it up with the courier. I phoned back several times to speak with a manager, they said they would but never did. I feel I have been robbed out of pocket and No IR camcorder. Never. Felt so cross. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered storage box as well as the sls mapping camera payed for next day delivery on the 26 May still waiting so cancelled the order still with in my 14 days. John Tanner will not give me a refund .They can not tell the truth stay clear.Got a refund from bank

"AVOID, take your money but don't send anything"

I ordered a night vision camera and it still hasn't arrived. Their website said there was an additional 3 days turnaround due to COVID, which was fine. However it has now been a month and still no camera. I have emailed multiple times and had no response. I've opened a case with my bank now to get my money back. I really wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered. Would advise anyone to avoid like the plague unless you want to lose your money.

"This is a review regarding a Thermal…"

This is a review regarding a Thermal Imaging Camera that I regrettably payed for last September from Paranormal Electronics Ltd. When I bought this there was no notice that they didn't have the item in stock, which they constantly do, or any warning about how long stock would take with them obviously not having any.
After the usual excuses made by email and phone, Covid, supplier problems, having to get a new courier, the same excuses they make no matter what you buy from them. Before the company reply to this by saying how truthful they are, an explanation they used on my husbands review whom they also called a liar when he left the original review by saying they knew nothing about him to get the review removed by Trustpilot, your excuses are exactly what they are false excuses!!!

On receipt of the Thermal Imaging Camera, it wasn't used straight away as I had medical problems preventing me from using the product, I opened the package and then placed the box safely away. When I was able to try the Thermal Imaging Camera out I decided to charge it up using the provided micro USB lead, the USB being on the side of the camera I tried to connect the lead which just entered a hole where the micro USB connection should have been, I rechecked it and there was no micro USB to connect to so I shook the camera to hear the sound of something inside the unit. Obviously somewhere along the building of the Thermal Imaging Camera the connection had been broken leading to the micro USB connection not being connected.

Straight away I contacted Paranormal Electronics Ltd by email informing them of the problem with the Thermal Imaging Camera explaining to them that when I first tried to connect to the micro USB there was just a hole, telling them I could hear something rattling inside the unit which I suspected was the micro USB connection. The company Paranormal Electronics Ltd replied to my email by telling me to repack the Thermal Imaging Camera safely and to send it back using the courier which they sent to my home some days later which I did. Two days later I received a parcel containing the Thermal Imaging Camera back, rushing to open the parcel I opened it in trepidation to find my Thermal Imaging Camera, as I checked it and found there was still no micro USB connection, no letter of explanation leading me to the conclusion that Paranormal Electronics Ltd had not bothered to look at the Thermal Imaging Camera. I emailed the company to be told that I had not put a letter within the Thermal Imaging Camera box so they checked it over and found there was no problem with the Thermal Imaging Camera.
Now, with Paranormal Electronics Ltd being such a large establishment and a main Swindon Employer with a 7 workforce obviously it must have been impossible for the technician to find my email stating that the micro USB connection was missing, obviously I didn't consider that the technician could not read or be able to ask the secretary if they knew what the problem was with the Thermal Imaging Camera. They asked me to return the Thermal Imaging Camera and to point out where the micro USB was missing, to which I placed a large sticker onto the Thermal Imaging Camera with a large arrow pointing to where the micro USB should be. I also placed a letter as well as numerous emails, which I still have, asking for a refund of the £140 for the Thermal Imaging Camera as I did not want their technician to repair the Thermal Imaging Camera due to the fact it would invalidate the guarantee and with the fact that they were informed about the missing micro USB within 30 days which the LAW states you should do.
After I returned the Thermal Imaging Camera to Paranormal Electronics Ltd they decided to ignore the numerous emails asking for a £140 refund for over a month. Then in March 2021 I received the Thermal Imaging Camera from Paranormal Electronics Ltd via a new courier, probably due the the company Paranormal Electronics Ltd not paying their bills, fixed by their technician with a new micro USB connection, not a refund as I had previously asked for numerous times.

Now this company are accusing me of causing the fault myself and will not give me a refund. "On inspection the port on the thermal imaging camera had been deemed to have been pushed in by using to much force being used, as such this was assessed as damage done after it had been sent so would not be eligible for a refund." How can they say this was assessed as done after it was sent, did you inspect the Micro SD before it was sent??? It took them 6 weeks of ignoring me before they came up with this limp excuse after I sent it back for the second time! I don't lie but I know a man who does!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AMATUERS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
