I totally agree with the negative comments here. After receiving my SLS camera after 5 months wait it was faulty, I sent it back 3 times to have it returned to me still faulty, eventually the SLS was changed. I also ordered a Thermal Imaging camera which again took months and again was faulty, asking for a refund they said it would depend on their supplier which fact is not my problem. I received a brand new item faulty, my contract was with this company not their supplier. I returned the camera over a month ago at this stage, all emails have been ignored to this point, I have demanded a refund I have yet to hear anything. Excuses are always either it will be here next week, Covid or supplier problems. I suggest you do what I have recently done and contact Watchdog, they have asked me for info on the matter so I don't think I'm the first, they are interested in this with it becoming popular!!! If I get a REFUND I will update this!!!!

Ok after reading all the reviews (mostly bad) I feel I have to balance things just a tiny bit in this case. I take guests on paranormal investigations (Lost souls paranormal Dorset)
I needed a new rem pod and wanted a laser grid and came across the company paranormal electronics UK, and the price was reasonable compared to some Id seen so brought both items from them. I remember the rem pod took around 4 days to arrive and the laser grid about a week. This was around 2 years ago, both items were in excellent working order when they arrived and are still in excellent working order to this day.
I can understand how people are feeling if they have paid out a lot of money for items that are faulty or haven't even arrived yet and in all honesty I was going to order a thermal imaging camera from the company but after reading the reviews I dont think its worth the risk which is a shame because in these bad times companies need good customers to keep from going under, but I also realise that companies need to operate in the correct manner to keep their customers happy and keep coming back.
I do hope the company sort themselves out as I for one, need a trustworthy company where I can keep going back to to buy all my paranormal equipment instead of keep having to look round for different companies.

Item missing from the order. No communication from the company at all regarding the missing item. Had to continually email and call. Finally had a response and refunded. The whole process took almost two months.

We ordered an Ovilus in December and have only been put off since then.
Ultimately, it was paid for in full by our team, but never delivered.
Well, after 4 months the delivery has still not been sent, which is why we could unfortunately no longer react other than to report fraud.
Be careful when doing business with this company.
From our point of view, it has become even more unreliable since Brexit than before.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Purchased one of their items in December and now at the end of February and it never turned up. Very sad to see this going on and with so many people being lied to and conned. Surely they can't get away with it much longer?

This is a TRUE review from MY experience with Tanner (owner of co.)himself. He sells broken and/or refurbished items as new. He will take your money and send you nothing or sends broken items and refuse to refund you. He bullies people to intimidate them and tries to shame them on fb. I received broken items and Tanner refused to refund unless I returned the items at MY expense. He still refused to refund. I had PayPal step in for a refund.

Trust pilot removes my posts saying they can not verify my experience even after I give them my receipt and invoice. so maybe trust pilot is not so trustworthy?

Paid for an sls 1st October 2020 from Paranormal Electronics ltd, Order Number 751!!!! Sls was Never received & no refund. Nothing but excuses & lies from this company! Absolutely disgusting behaviour of insults & lies.
