"Wrong cord size advertised"

Ordered the 2.5mm replacement pole cord but it was actually 2.00mm.
I double checked using a vernier and micrometer.
Had to order the 3.00mm cord which was in fact actually 2.5mm when measured.

Quick reply, quick build and fast delivery. Posted Tuesday, the tent poles to fix one segment and build a full spare set. Got them back on the Friday. Will use again!!

I ordered some replacement tent poles and ordered The wrong ones. Sent a sample of the broken poles back with my return. New poles arrived very promptly. Cannot fault the service or product.
Will use again.

What a fabulous company. They repaired my broken tent pole, fitted a new angled ferrule and shaped it to the correct angle for my Outwell birdland 3 tent for which you cannot buy spares . I would highly recommend them. They did this while I waited.
