We recently took delivery of the new Tri - 2 chair. It was delivered and set up by Shaun who was both expert and highly professional. I could not fault either the chair or Shaun's efficient help and guidance during the whole purchasing and instalment process. The chest harness was ideal and the chair was extremely comfortable and well constructed. I couldn't recommend Shaun, the company or the chair more highly. John, Wirral.

I would like to say a big thank you to Shaun Mclachsy for checking my Father's and my late Mother's electric reclyning chairs and for going out the extra mile and showing my Father how to use all settings on the remote.

"New chair needed after RTA"

Shaun was appointed to me by my rehabilitation officer after suffering a severe RTA. I needed a chair that would help me stand up and also recline in multiple positions so I could avoid sitting in the same postion for too long. Shaun arrived with a demo chair for me to test out. Once I was told the custom chair would take 6 weeks to make, Shaun was compassionate enough to see my difficulties with my old chair that he let me use the demo till my custom chair arrived. Very passionate, polite and friendly guy.

"This company is a little gem"

We had the pleasure of working with Shaun and the team at channel earlier in the year. We ordered 13 bespoke recliners, of which the process was seamless from enquiry to deliver and beyond,they were informative and gave us the chance to get exactly what suited our organisation and the patients we support. The company have been extremely helpful with not only the recliners but our under bed tables. The quality and comfort of the recliner is great. This company is a little gem, Great customer service and quality, we will definitely us them again.

Following a serious injury I was advised by my OT to try an adapted bed and chair (to make day to day life easier).
I cannot thank both Adam and Shaun enough; They are both kind and compassionate. They go out of their way to help relieve stress/worries.
As a young woman I did not initially feel comfortable accepting that I needed aids however, now they are here I am so glad I did. Getting in and out of bed is so much easier.
Channel healthcare are able to make furniture that does not look out of place in a new build property. I picked a very modern fabric and everyone that has seen it comments on what a lovely chair it is.
I highly recommend the company for all ages, nothing was too much, they are tidy, efficient, caring and offer such a range of furniture and fabrics.
