"Good old fashioned service..."

After having some rather unhelpful conversations with other companies I eventually contacted Channel Healthcare and at last I found someone that still believed in good old fashioned service. I was looking to find something that could hopefully help me get in and out of bed and thought that the roto-bed might be the answer. Shaun of Channel Heaalthcare agreed and arranged to assemble and deliver a bed and leave for me to evaluate. Unfortunately the bed was not suitable for my needs and I asked Channel to collect the bed. Again Shaun was very obliging and arranged for him and a colleague to again travel a long way and spend around 4 hours un-I installing) and removing the bed with no complaints or sale! What a refreshing experience in these profit driven times especially in the field of mobility/healthcare services.

"Impressive service and great product."

I recently contacted Channel health care to enquire about the possibility of getting an air chair for my dad who is in the late stages of Alzheimers and has been bed bound since November.
Shaun was able to meet me just days later with a selection of chairs for myself and the care home staff to evaluate. Having made our choice the said chair was thoroughly sanitised and wheeled in for dad to try.
To see dad sat looking out of the window was amazing and since that he has been able to join other residents in the day room on a daily basis. The chair has given him a vastly improved quality of life at a very precious time for him and my family.
The service we received from Channel was prompt, professional and compassionate with a genuine desire to make sure that Dad's needs were met. Without doubt a 5* service from Shaun and a great product in the air chair.

Due to his complex health needs I helped my brother to make contact with Shaun to carry out a chair assessment and to subsequently place an order. The professionalism demonstrated by Shaun and the rest of the staff plus the communication throughout has been excellent. Shaun took time to listen and explained everything clearly to my brother.

Shaun came out very quickly after our first contact. We tried several tilt in space chairs for my Dad. One chair was left with us. This was fantastic. A week later shaun returned to make a few minor adjustments. He provided the best customer service. I can highly recommend channel healthcare.

The colleagues who delivered my chair were efficient, competent and very experienced. They were understanding of my limitations and gave me the extra time they needed. They were also very pleasant and personable. They put the chair together very competently, also the table I bought to go with it. What a refreshing change to have the opportunity for someone to listen and respond positively to a challenging situation. Shaun was a total professional at Channel Recliner’s and keen to find a solution to my Mums unique set of requirements. Once he’d listened and understood he brought forward a range of options and when Mum didn’t quite fit into one category he offered to make further adaptations to suit.
He was a total gentleman, professional and courteous. At no point did we feel pressure to make a decision to buy, and after providing a quote he still continued to put forward possible options and adaptations to meet our needs. I have no hesitation in giving a full 5 stars and would recommend his company for a truly bespoke service.
